The following changes have been made in the tender documents   of Tender No.CE/CON/J-I/Tunnel-12/Consultancy/2009/30in the Technical Bid (Part- I)  & Price Bid (Pt.II)

Coordination/liasoning and preparing/ updating the intergraded drawings incorporating civil, S&T, electrical and mechanical works. The detailed design of track, electric traction (tunnel is to be designed for diesel traction), Signalling are not in the scope of work. However, DDC shall give conceptual design, so that these are taken care of in schedule of dimensions of the tunnel and preparation of detailed designs thereof.

EVALUATION OF TECHNICAL PROPOSAL

The technical proposal will be evaluated and assigned score as per criteria mentioned below (This is break up of 80% Weightage meant for technical quality of proposal):

One of the tunnels across is about 3.25 km long. Railway Administration now invites proposals for detailed design consultancy and construction supervision of this tunnel.

1.11          SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS

Railway shall make payments to DDC on mile stone basis as given below.  The percentage are of the lump sum price accepted for design and consultancy (excluding construction supervision). Payment for construction supervision will be as per the rates accepted in the financial bid on actual man-month basis. The stage payments will be made on completion of the corresponding activities.
